Since we didn't have a GPS, map & compass came in handy. http://tawcan.wordpress.com/2009/03/29/i_shall_continu/ Skiing in a whiteout is always a challenge. When we got to the hut we went for a couple run. With snow blowing on our faces and the semi-whiteout it was hard to see the small features on the slope. We ripped down the ~32 degree slope and we all ended up bailing left right & centre due to the poor visibility.
